This is great for a first time! I especially love how you layered the image of Octavia in the background of the sky. It looks like as if it is almost transparent.

This looks good for a first attempt. The background with Octavia in the sky looks nice but I can't say the same thing for the 2 guys in the foreground. The non-pony guy seems a little weird and out of place.

 

There's room for improvement. Keep on photoshopping!

If its about his shoulders, blame Volition for that. I snipped the human from a cutscene on Saints Row 2, so his shoulders whilst wearing the jacket look demented

You can do this with pretty much any advanced art program. Anyways it looks pretty good for a first-timer. Keep on learning!
