But there's one time where an anti-brony goes to EqD and spitting witty insults (you know what they are), I just responded with this: -Wild Anti-Brony appeared! -Anti-Brony used witty insults! -It's not very effective... -Bronies used Love and Tolerate! -It's super effective! -Wild Anti-Brony fainted. But anyway I was hesitant to really openly show that I like MLP due to the way I had seen MLP fans being attacked in youtube comments just for having a MLP avatar. Cuz the only people who do that are dumbasses, don't actually care and are just poking fun or aren't worth associating with since their lifestyles are so obviously different from our own. Generally speaking the response will depend on the situation. Ignore, poke fun back, go with it...whatever works for you. Just don't let them convince you that liking MLP actually is something to be ashamed of. Once they get to you then problems occur and in some cases it's all they need to tear you apart from the inside if you're weak-minded enough. My coworker asked me totally jokingly if I liked MLP and when I told him yes he was legit shocked. Since then he's made fun of me (though not maliciously) or tried to embarrass me by blasting MLP songs through the intercom at work or asking me questions about it like who my favorite pony is. When I actually answer such questions he goes into a bit of a catatonic state. The thing to be noted here is that he's not really being mean about it and it's how he pokes fun at me and I poke back by answering with total honesty. Honesty is the best policy, really.
