I study German at school and have to say I find it so boring, but of course, school makes you get feelings like that. The grammar is just so unnecessarily complicated, though - lots of obscure forms that aren't really that significant.

I took German I - V plus 2 pre-high school courses, but I still know the bare basics of German and probably are not advanced as some of you homebred Deustcher.

 

Like, I know how to ask someone how they are doing (Wie geht's?) and respond with a positive remark (Es geht mir gut, danke schoen), and the German numbers, alphabet pronunciations, etc.

 

But this shall be an interesting concept. Let's learn German!

I don't know German at all, I know American English (that stuff British people speak goes in one ear and out the other), and very little French. German is something I wouldn't waste my time learning because I'm going to stay to my stereotypical American ways.

Jetzt can Ich über Thomas Müller sprechen. Er ist ein spieler für die Deutsche Nationalmannschaft.

Also, hier ist ein bisschen über Deutsche Sport!

 

 

Thomas ist ein Stürmer für die Deutsche Nationalfußballmannschaft. Er ist 23 Jahre alt und hat seit 13 Jahre Fußball gespielt. Er kommt aus Weilheim, Deutschland. Er ist beliebt, weil er ein super Spieler ist. In 2010 war er „der beste junge Spieler“ der WM. Seine Eltern heißen Klaudia und Gerhard, und er hat einen Bruder namens Simon. Er ist zweieinhalb Jahre jünger als Thomas. Thomas begann zu spielen, als er 10 Jahre alt war. In 2007 trat er in die Bundesliga. Thomas hat für 5 Jahre Fußball mit die Bundesliga gespielt. Er hat über 70 Tor geschossen, und hat in zwei WM gespielt. Er ist richtig für die Deutsche Mannschaft, weil er ein wirklich super Spieler ist.
