So I don't remember if I mentioned it in here already but I got Ultra Street Fighter IV last week. Been playing that with my brother and so far my favorite characters to use are Cody, Seth and Rufus.

 

I can't seem to get Cammy's moveset down though. She's got just enough awkward to be very hard to use.

Why would you ever need to? You can change the buttons around and it probably supports the arcade stick.
