I mean, if it holds 4 rockets like the regular launcher, a soldier could rocket jump and load two or three and just rain death on the entire enemy team.

 

Since the rocket deviation wont mean crap when you are shooting straight down.

 

Really, there are like no downsides to it.

Honestly, it doesn't look that good. I mean, sure it can gain Focus on assists but you cant unscope during it.

The slower firing speed would actually be better because then you could actually hit the target with all the bullets.

The minus 5 bullets is really no big deal. if you hit the enemy with all twenty, that's about 100~200 damage? Depending on range.

No, the Pyro's gender is argued among TF2 players (and even species) even though it shouldn't matter. Even Pyro's teammates don't know what it is.
