I made this little thread for all those on here who play this game.

I also made it so if anyone wants to they ask to become SIMs friends.

So I recently went crazy and got all of the Expansion Packs except for Showtime. They were on sale, so I thought why not?

 

The Sims 3 has been pretty disappointing for me, though, to be honest. Very few of the Expansion Packs I would say were worth full price. In fact only two I would really are - Pets and Seasons.

I'm a total simaholic! 

 

Sadly, I no longer have a desktop (I hate sims on laptop) so I haven't played in a while.   

 

The last time I did play I had all the expansion packs (borrowed, they belonged to a friend, so technically the only expansion pack I personally own is Pets) and I was running a legacy family. 

 

They were perfectly imperfect, and I miss them.       

 

I remember one of my daughters, Porcha. I spoiled her rotten, and I made sure I'd make a scandalous life out of her. She worked at a salon (Ambitions) and she had 4 baby daddies. A white dude (daughter) a french man (daughter), a black guy (daughter), and an Asian man (son) I made sure all these children looked like their daddies, and nothing like each other(none of them had a relationship with their dads, even though the black guy always wanted to visit to see his girl). Porcha still lived at home with her parents (mother being a world renowned surgeon, and father being a famous athlete) 

 

Anyways, I created a basement/apartment for Porcha and her 4 little bastards, to be hidden from society. 

 

Eventually. Porcha does find a husband. They move in, and make twins. Blair, and Anya! I remember them because they were the last of the generation before I could put them in full mother hood. I can't remember which twin it was, but I gave one of them an "eating disorder". I made her work out a lot, and not eat anything but veggies from her mothers garden. I did this until she got married...

 

And them my computer went bye bye, so I couldn't continue my 4 generations long family.

 

I remember the names of my 1st generation family, though. Richard and Vanessa Sterling.        THEY MADE IT ALL HAPPEN!

i want the sims 3 so so so FRIGGIN BAD! i love the sims and the sims 3 is awesome, i am saddened i couldn't buy it when it was on sale on steam, oh dear goodness how i would love to have teh sims.

I've made all of the mane 6 plus Spike as human Sims just for fun (everything, traits and all), put them in a tiny house together, put them on free will, then switched to another family (I use Twallan's Story Progression Mod, so it updates me on what are happening in other Sim's lives.)

 

As soon as I switched houses, Twilight and Applejack moved into another house because the other one was too small for seven Sims. Okay, so Twilight became a scientist and is dating this creepy looking old guy. Applejack adopted a cat and became a police officer. Rarity is in the music business and has dated and broken up with about 10 different Sims. Fluttershy became a doctor and got pregnant with this random guy (and the baby girl had pink hair. 0_0) Rainbow and Pinkie started dating each other, and Rainbow became an athlete while Pinkie became a criminal. I made Spike a kid originally, but he aged up to a teen quickly and started dating an insane looking girl with bright red hair. 

 

Is it bad that I could totally see this happening in the show's future? 

 

To be honest, basically the only thing I do in the Sims is create fictional characters and see what they'll end up doing with their lives.

I really love SIMs . If only I had SIMs 3 and their expansion packs, plus I heard that there will be a SIMs 3: University expansion pack.

I used to play The Sims series a lot.. it started of really fun and all, but more often that not I'd find myself trying to find new way to kill them after a while

I haven't played any Sims in a long time, but I just came up with some new ways to mess around with them.  In The Sims 2, I'll use the testingcheatsenabled true cheat to make a family of 20 sims, and I'll move them into a house and surround it with water so nobody can get in or get out.  Then I'll just leave them on Free Will and see how long they can survive.  On The Sims 3, I'll make a neighborhood of nothing but evil, hot headed kleptomaniacs.  Finally, in The Sims 1, a neighborhood of nothing but Bob Newbie.

I havent' played since I switched over to W8... I have my games saved on a disk though.

 

Pets, Supernatural, Seasons are the ones I have.

 

Last I was working on was making a better Grullo and Red Roan...   I've done a lot with Dun's... even made Laredo & Jade...  & of course Dynasty.  <3
