Probably not the first to suggest this, but... Meetup/Get Together Section?

Was thinking that maybe a Meetup/Get Together Section sort of thing wouldn't be a bad idea.

 

Say there's a Comic Convention in your town and since MLP has a comic out and such, the comic Bronies could set up maybe an independent get together OR advertise an official panel or whatever that has been approved by such Convention/event.

 

It would also help Bronies maybe get to know others that are in the area, probably make new friends, etc. Of course, the creep factor can be there, so I dunno... might not be SUCH a good idea...

 

But hopefully the "Love and Tolerance" factor can keep some people from being that way... I 'unno...

Like a Comic-con for bronies? There is a bronycon if that's what you were thinking of.

No, I mean a forum section where we can set up group things outside major events or even in conjunction with them.

 

Also, the forum can provide people with the tools to meet with other local Bronies.
