Her mane is covering the rest of her neck, and she has a Luna/Cadance/Fleur build so her neck is a bit thinner anyway.

I think it looks nice! I'm not talented enough ton use photoshop so good job! I would love to learn how to make my own graphics and sigs eventually!

Looks very good! The mare's legs are a bit too long, and if they are that long, her back ones should be view able  considering how the terrain is shaped. The mare's horn also looks like it's too up right, but that might just be me.

 

If you're using photoshop, I would suggest shading it a bit. :3 It's quite easy and I'm sure there are multiple tutorials. 

 

Scratch that. Shading only enters a world of evil. :c

The mare's legs are a bit too long

 

 

She's has the build of Luna/Cadance/Fleur, her legs are longer than average.

Her back legs...they were the death of me. ;-;

The horn was screwing me up too, but I've never done a pose like that, especially with their heads turned up like that.

 

I tried shading, but it looked odd with the backround because it isn't that shaded.

Try digitalartanddesign.org . (The examples are really bad..but the tutorials are helpful.) It's the site my graphic comm teacher always sent us to, it was pretty good.

The mare is perfect! i love the slender build like you stated above (Luna/Cadance) type body. i did think the neck was a bit thin but i just chalked that up to creativity and being unique. i didnt know her mane was covering it up. 10/10 great job, im still getting the swing of photo shop.
