Drawing of Dash and Tank

So, I took a quiz in school today, and immediately after getting it back started doodling. I ended up with this! It's Rainbow Dash and Tank at their finest! Take a look! Sadly, I didn't finish, and maybe I will, but I'm not sure, so if I don't I figured I'd post what I have. If I do, I'll put that up, too. Yikes! Now that I look at it again, there are so many mistakes! Well, I gues that's what I get when I try to make quality art at the same time as taking quality notes...

That's what I do at school also.

Disregard Education; Draw Ponies.

 

 

Looks pretty good, I only have a few things to critique on.

Tank looks great to me, nice job with that.

 

As for RD, she's pretty good; if you drew her from pen originally, I applaud you for that; I always screw up when drawing with pens.

Anyway;

I'd draw a circle as a guide when you do her head. It looks like her ear is part of her neck. I'd also make her chin/jawline a bit more defined, it looks a bit off.

Her forhead also seems to go out a bit too far, but it might just be me.

The front legs are a bit too thin at the top and get large by her hooves; they also don't seem that flat on the ground.

Her back legs are also a bit too thin to start off with, and the lines of her hooves are a bit too sharp.

 

Her wing also looks a bit too small, and something about her tail is making it a bit odd looking, as well as the bottom part of her mane.

 

 

As for positives, (like I said), nice job with Tank and Rainbow's expression. You should finish it, I'd love to see the end result. :3

for the critique it looks real cute and really well done and would be PERFECT IF
The proportions of the legs and body (Mayby also head) were better
If these would be also correct I would almost think you lined over an original picture of the show

Wow, you did a great job! I have nothing to add to Nightinggale's rather extensive critique on how to improve it. All I can say is that it's a great little drawing and I look forward to anything else you draw in the future.

Thank you all! Yeah, Rainbow Dash's body was bugging me in particular, and Tank was super fun to draw.I'll keep the critique in mind next time!

Well great job. This looks great im sure Rainbow Dash would be proud.

 

Couldnt literally do better myself. I am a terrible artist myself so yeah.
