I'm also in the process of making a giant vinyl Twilight Sparkle figure from scratch. Just finished coating the wire frame with clay and the body is almost done. Just have to finish the face and I'll be making a mold for copies... I have several other fanfic ideas but that is really the only one I have written down so far aside from a few notes about the others. MOX News 7 February 19, 2013 Share February 19, 2013 (edited) I have some small jet engine compressor blades that are factory rejects, probably off a small P&W engine - for a Citation or some similar jet. I plan on making solid, square bronze mounts for them and engraving at least one with Soarin's cutie mark and wearing it as a necklace. Gonna be a real pain to actually do it, because of the surface for the mount to attach to, and the fact that the blade section itself has no flat areas. Just printed out an image and taped it on my windshield so it's looking outside. Here' a picture of what it looks like, just look in the lower left side of the windshield. I've made art, and painted a teaset based on lots of different cutiemarks xD I painted a set of six magnets like the mane six's cutiemarks. o3o" Nothing else, really, although I do plan on working on customizing etc. some blindbags someday. ^^ Image © whoever the heck made it. I want to start making plushies! here are some pics of things i made Is fleece available locally? It's fairly cheap and makes great plushies. So far I've made this little Rainbow Dash: Rainbow.jpg This Celestia and Luna guitar... which is actually not 100% complete yet CompilationQ7.jpg And next up is this Shining Armor and Cadence ukulele Plan.jpg I also have a Twilight plushie in progress, but I kind of screwed up her body and haven't decided what to do about it yet... I really want to finish all 6, plus Celestia, Luna, and Derpy, but I'm not sure if I'll ever actually do it. Pony crafts are addictive The plushie is sooo adorable and the guitar is sooooo awesome!! 20% cooler then awesome...if that made sense haha! you should post pics of the other things your making when your done Yes I did! It's a Lyra figure from polymer clay. Unfortunately I do not dare coloring her since I'd most probably mess up. Planning on making Scootaloo and Sweetiebelle next. Mostly because I'm rather lazy with it, as I'm handsewing it all. I came up with the pattern completely from scratch, and it's kinda frustrating to spend all that time drafting, then spend 7+ hours to test out your pattern (on just a head), see all these problems, change it then spend another 7+ hours, when you will doubtless see another problem...yeah I'm slow :'D Here's what I've got so far, although this picture is missing the hair that I added recently. She's gonna be G1 Wind Whistler, so I tried to kinda make her a mix between G1 and G4 (although, she;s really leaning toward G4). Despite my whining about all the time it takes, I really am very fond of her And, I've done a couple ponies in polymer clay. I don't really wanna paint them though. Besides legally blind seamstress making blind pony seemed like cute concept I'm pretty happy with her , the only thing I wish came out better was her cutie mark but that's the first handstiched/embroided-y type one I've done. And I'd have done her tail a bit bigger and done the stripes on her tail like I had with her hair . Flutter's lover <3 8,205 October 20, 2013 Share October 20, 2013 (edited) I made a few chaintugs for my ceiling fan out of some blind bags....Pinkie PIe, Rarity and Dashie, as that's what I had doubles of. Dash controls the fan speed,Rarity controls fan direction and Pinkie controls the lights, though if I had a Luna or Celestia,they would've gone on the light pull.
