Gone for good 1,593 April 4, 2013 Share April 4, 2013 Go into a cemetery at 3 in the morning. I did that before, aaaand even if you were like me and didn't believe in the afterlife you'll still see things that will no doubt be absolutely unsettling. Just editing my signature to say that my behavior on here was cringe. I don't regret the friends i made but man i was cringe here

~The Doctor~ 20 April 4, 2013 Share April 4, 2013 My biggest fear is pandamonium and not being able to think as a result of a crisis. The scariest MOMENT of my life was waking up the morning of September 11th, 2001. Would you like a jelly baby?
Commander Urdnot 2,680 April 4, 2013 Share April 4, 2013 (edited) Probably when I was born. Everything was black, and then all the sudden I was thrown into the light, and this dude dressed in white grabbed me, and started pulling. I was scared shitless. ;____; The worst part is, he smacked my baby buns afterwards. Why did he do that? To see if I'm alive? He heared me crying, is that not an indication that I am alive? Scootalove 10,689 April 4, 2013 Share April 4, 2013 The scariest moment of my life, was I had a nightmare while I was sleeping that my dad was the devil and he sent me down to hell. Then, I was drifting into space saying: '' Father, why don't you love me?!'' ''TELL ME!'' Then I snapped out of the nightmare from all of my screaming. 1 Credit: Moony © Forum FAQ Forum Rules
Kyoshi Frost Wolf 41,368 April 4, 2013 Share April 4, 2013 Hmm, one moment that sticks out for me was when I was in 3rd grade, there was a powerful storm capable of producing tornadoes that was on a collision course for my school. It was chaotic even if we were just sitting in the halls. I remember seeing the winds outside picking up, faster and faster...Bleh, that was terrifying. It sparked my fear of tornadoes, but also my fascination with them. I would say another terrifying moment was when I almost went into sleep paralysis. I have heard many stories from my brother who deals with it a lot and it sounds like fear incarnate. Something I do not want to experience, and I came very close one day. Haven't had it happen since. Inactive01 5,299 April 4, 2013 Share April 4, 2013 I woke up in the middle of an adenoid operation. I was writhing in pain for the rest of the operation. It was the scariest and most terrible thing I faced in my life. We also had a near car-crash on a bus because it made a left turn on a red light. jw5587 182 April 4, 2013 Share April 4, 2013 I was swimming in my friends pool when a black widow spider fell in. I'm arachnophobic and I'm pretty sure my heart nearly gave out when I saw it. The most truly scary moment of my life, not just a sort of "jump scare" thing like the spider, was when I found out that my grandfather had cancer two years ago. He's made a full recovery and is fine now though.
harmonyplus 12 April 20, 2013 Share April 20, 2013 I can`t remember if this is a dream or an actual thing that happened. I was maybe 4, in my room, doing a puzzle on my bed. My dad was there, so he helped me put away the puzzle. Then he turned off the light and said ``Watch out for the monster...``turned off the lights, and walked out. Suddenly I heard loud stomping noises from outside my room. I was so scared. I can`t remember the rest of it, though.
Lost 1,410 April 20, 2013 Share April 20, 2013 I've been chased by dogs trying to bite me a few times when i was about 13, that scared the buck out of me, the first time i had to climb a tree to get away and the second i hid in someone's house before making a run for it when the dogs went off exploring around the back. I've had a few near misses while riding my motorbike when people have not noticed me and i've been forced to get out the way or make an emergency stop. TBH, the scariest moment of my life was probably when i snapped my arm in half (to say i broke it is an understatement) not the actual breaking of it (essentially it was a hit and run by a van) but when the paramedic arrived he told me there was a very high chance they would have to amputate my left hand, that scared the buck out of me, especially going into surgery because i wasn't sure if i would wake up with a hand or a stump. Legion v3 22 April 20, 2013 Share April 20, 2013 I've got 2 of them. 1st one was way back when I was a kid. I had a nightmare that seemed so real to me that I didn't want to sleep for days. The nightmare was simple but scared me to death. It was like a bony human figure just looking down on me and whenever I tried to run away, my distance from the figure stayed the same. Eventually, I woke up and, like I stated before, didn't want to sleep for days to come. 2nd experience was about 2 years ago. I was at a soccer game just sitting in the stands by myself watching my older brother play. He tripped over another player on the other team and went flying backwards and landed on his neck. He then lied there for a few seconds and that honestly scared me more than ever before. He was alright after that but just the thought of him landing on his neck and there being a chance to severely injure himself got me real good. Sweet Dreams 1,893 April 22, 2013 Share April 22, 2013 I was in a car crash a few years ago. My mum was driving around a round about, and a car came flying in and spun ours out of control. Luckily, nobody got hurt. Also, a few years ago, someone almost drowned me. I've been pretty scared of swimming since...
Broccoli 127 April 22, 2013 Share April 22, 2013 November 1, 2010: [i was lying on the hospital bed. The insides of my abdomen hurt like sh*t, and hurts even more whenever I move. Apparently eating medicine didn't help, and this was the 4th hospital I have visited. The doctor, who was an old surgeon in his early 60's and a close friend of my grandmother's, walked up to me and put his hand on my belly. He then tapped that hand with his other hand. I groaned. "Does it hurt when I press over here?" He asked. I nodded. The doctor took his hands off me. "You need surgery."] That was over 2 years ago when I had peritonitis, which is basically a more severe case of appendicitis. I had never had any sort of surgery before that and I was pretty scared. It was my first surgery and it was kind of a major one. I'm totally fine now, and my mom bought me $400+ of stuff as sympathy gifts. All in all, my life was saved and it was worth it The scariest moment of my life~~~ -"My little pony, not yours!"
thebobmaster 31 April 22, 2013 Share April 22, 2013 (edited) One time a few years ago, while driving home from getting some dog food, I was behind a car, and I noticed an SUV start drifting into the oncoming lane. At first, I thought it was an error on the SUV driver that would be corrected, but I quickly realized that that was not going to happen and stepped on my brakes. The SUV ended up hitting the car in front of me head-on. If I had not hit my breaks before the moment of impact, I would have rear-ended the car in front of me. As it was, I stopped about a foot away from the car. No one was seriously injured, by the way. One driver had some ankle pain, and the other one a small cut on her forehead from hitting her head into the windshield. As for what happened, the SUV driver fell asleep at the wheel, and woke up just before impact. With her kids in the car. Thankfully, the kids were unharmed. Tenor Clef 112 April 28, 2013 Share April 28, 2013 The scariest moment if my life was more of a scariest 10-20 minutes. I was at work and at the end of the night after everything was cleaned up, my boss rounded up everyone who was working at the time and said "If you're heading towards [name of a city near me], be careful. There's a sniper on the roofs and they're not sure where he is yet.". I wasn't going that way, but just thinking about the way someone could just kill a person randomly at any time for no reason at all frightened me. I sat in my car and thought about it for a good hour before heading home. The following couple days I got really depressed and junk. The scary part was hearing it and being so close to such evil This is my signature. UDig?
