DokiNaku 31 March 15, 2013 Share March 15, 2013 Slightly annoying other people generally brightens up my day a little bit. I guess you could say I have a slightly more mischievous nature. I like to follow traffic rules to the letter. Full stops at stop signs, driving UNDER the posted speed limit by about a mile or two, and always remaining one to two car distances away from other vehicles. These habits seem to drive the people behind me mad! I like to look people in the eyes when I talk to them or if we are in direct contact with each other. I work at a grocery store and during that small silence between when the customer pays with their card and the machine is processing their information I will look at them with a small smile on my face. Often they will look at me and quickly look away or keep eye contact long enough to figure out I am not about to look away and they will soon find something else "interesting" to focus their attention on. It's like a little game for me and it really helps pass the time! So what about you, how do you like to annoy your fellow human beings?

Telegraph 115 March 15, 2013 Share March 15, 2013 I like to tickle and generally molest my closest friends. My girlfriend reminded me that I also like to use "the chickens" on her (pointer and middle finger together, tapping around the collar bone and neck, heh heh.) I also use sarcasm in a way that it often goes undetected and I trick people into silly things. Like I tricked a classmate in Tech School to look up the movie "Borker" (as opposed to the movie "Parker") and I fooled my sister into thinking that the eject button was the play button one time. Also, I like grabbing other people's stuff so that they will look for it. I just like being obnoxious in general sometimes 1 Ein Doggy is very excited for ball :

Shanks 10,816 March 15, 2013 Share March 15, 2013 It is always fun to be polite and friendly to those who do not like you. I have a few co-workers who hate me. In return I over exaggerate my smiles and hellos to sound uber-friendly. You can tell it just makes their skin crawl. I wish I could do that but every time I fake a smile I either end up looking like a child molester or a serial killer, you seriously have to be a master in the art of bullshit to pull that off and that isn't exactly my first language. There was once this checker I worked with who could do that and I would have loved to jam my fist down his fat gossipy mouth seriously the only person I hated more than this jackass was the lying scum at corporate who suspended and almost fired me for some technicality I am not at liberty to discuss here. I suppose the only things I can think of off the top of my head I do that can annoy people is that I tend to be extremely blunt and have a habit of saying things people often don't want to hear and generally running my mouth off at some inopportune times. When it comes to telling the truth I can often be like Applejack on steroids, seriously if there is something I don't like I say it loud and clear. 1 Rarity Get's Cockroaches
DokiNaku 31 March 15, 2013 Author Share March 15, 2013 seriously if there is something I don't like I say it loud and clear. Don't take this the wrong way but that is something you'll want to master not doing as life goes along. It may be different for you but that is merely my experience. I find that people tend to be blunt in their own ways as well as stubborn and you can jump a lot of major social roadblocks by doing your best to smile and march on. But when you're around honest friends, don't ever stop telling the truth!
Mutemutt 773 March 15, 2013 Share March 15, 2013 Nothing too malicious. - call me cousin a nickname he despises - immediately turn on the group if the plan I was in on goes wrong. It usually goes something like " *Gasp* I can't believe you would do something like this. For shame" *look of disapproval* - Talk to my younger cousin in japanese and put on a why-aren't-you-answering face when he constantly tell me to stop talking in japanese. - Lean my head on my sister's shoulder. She always shoves me away and says "Uh-Uh, you never let me do that" XD - Steal someone's seat during movies (only my family members though) -Talk lots of trash when I'm winning These aren't something I do but I did have friends who did these at one point: - Flipping people's backpacks inside out. - Entering my personal space. I don't know if was doing it on purpose but he would constantly stand really close when we talked. Everytime I backed up a bit, he come close again. That seriously bugged me. Celtore 2,770 March 15, 2013 Share March 15, 2013 - Puns everywhere! It makes me so happy to hear the groans from a bad pun! - Driving exactly the speed limit. This is reserved for tailgaters and just generally jerks. - Be overly cheerful to people who appear to be in a grumpy mood (ex: airport security. I once made a border guy smile.) And I think that's pretty much it, other than whistling an extremely catchy song with the intent of getting it stuck in other people's heads.

Golurk 468 March 15, 2013 Share March 15, 2013 I LOVE a good trollin'. I take nearly every opportunity I can to (non-maliciously) troll my friends and some family members, depending on the situation. And they love me for it. I also have a tendency to put my hand on someone's shoulder when I talk to them, to establish a "connection." Some people don't like that. But, I still do it anyway. Unless I'm in a hurry, I follow traffic rules by the book. Quite frankly, the people behind me should be happy; I'm keeping them from speeding! And, let's not forget that I've got a bunch of weird joints in my left hand that I enjoy clicking. Quite often. Loudly. Grosses some people out, but I do stop if asked. Indeed. Tumar 1 March 15, 2013 Share March 15, 2013 Something I do that irritates/scares my family and friends is that I don't really have a bounce when I walk and I'm light on my feet, so I basically glide around places like a phantom. I'll be sitting on the couch one minute and when they focus on something else I'll move and sometimes get behind them. My family says I should be in horror films. xD
Telegraph 115 March 15, 2013 Share March 15, 2013 Something I forgot to mention before is that this one time, I was talking to my friend that I used to live with. She wanted kids a lot, but she made some comment about how painful birthing twins would be. So I told her she was gonna have quadruplets. And she was like "Nuuuuu!" And I was like "Yer gonna have QUADRUPLETS." And she was like "><" And I'd tell her that periodically. And it got shortened to QUADRUPLETS. And now I tell Dodie16 that too sometimes, except I'd be wishing that upon myself too, so... ....QUADRUPLETS. 1 Ein Doggy is very excited for ball :

Clover Heart 978 March 15, 2013 Share March 15, 2013 These aren't things I do on purpose, but I think that the way I speak annoys people. I have a hard time getting to the point of something, sometimes. I'm a details kind of person. I tend to focus on the details and miss the big picture. So I end up telling tons of back story when really, I could've finished my point 5 minutes earlier by just giving the most important part. I also have a very hard time being direct. Living in Japan, when it's common for people to be rather indirect, I don't have so much of a problem with this. However, when I'm in America, I think people get really annoyed that I just don't get to the point. Which, in turn, annoys me. My thinking is that if they were actually listening, they'd naturally conclude what it is I'm trying to say. Do I have to freaking spell out everything for you? Another thing I think annoys people is that I speak rather slowly. Not that my pacing is slow, but that I pause a lot, and have a lot of trouble finding the words I want to use. (This is why I like the internet. I can take all the time I need.) In turn, again, though, this annoys me as well, because people will try and guess what I want to say rather than just allowing me to speak. When the thing I'm trying to say is obvious, okay, whatever. (e.g. "They left Santa some milk and... and... uh..." "Cookies?" I'm okay with.) However, I get people just randomly guessing at very not obvious things, and it's one after another, which doesn't allow me to think of what it was I actually wanted to say, and this whole process takes so much longer because the other person was too impatient to give me a moment to collect my thoughts and continue speaking. Sorry, I know this topic isn't about what annoys me. Speaking of slowness, I'm just slow in general. I do things slowly. If I have to do things quickly, I tend to panic and rush and make mistakes. Not to mention majorly spiking my stress level. And I feel like this tends to annoy people. That seems to be more common here in Japan, so it's not so bad. But in America, I can just see people getting annoyed at for being slow at basically everything. 2 You're the most basic of jokes.
