It only adds pony race to the creator, so only you, or companions you make. But it's for FNV, not sure if there is F3 version too.

 

It obviously ruins the atmosphere, but being Pinkie Pie with a rocket launcher called Party Cannon, making colorful explosion has its charm.

Ah, sorry for making you excited. You make your own companions if you know your way around GECK. Or you prolly just could force the model on existing companion.
