...i already mentioned it just one page ago. but i'll say it again then. my stomach felt like the burning insides of Hell when i went home today, for some reason, and some minutes ago, i felt that i was about to faint or throw up, probably because i only slept 2 hours last night, idk. not to mention the same problems about motivation, you know, the whole artsy thing i've mentioned here? i even bumped an old life-advice thread today to get advice on it... surprise surprise, no one responded to it.

 

but eh, hopefully tomorrow will turn out better. i can't forever have bad days can i?

And that's odd that no one replied. Maybe make a new one depending on how old it is? I really don't know how to go about getting replies.

 

As for the motivation part, try and do something to get your mind off of it. Anything that's not going to cause such a feeling. Games, music, reading, napping, etc.

 

And no, you definitely can't always have bad days. They come and go randomly as they please.

yeah, i do. i kept turning around in bed a lot though for whatever reason, so i didn't sleep until past 4 AM, and i had to go up at 6:30 AM. thus, not a lot of sleep. functioned pretty fine today for being so dangerously low on sleep, though.

 

i thought it was odd, too. i didn't want to make a new one because i've already made 3 threads there including that one, i don't want to seem like i am whining about my problems, though in all honesty what else can i do? i am desperate to get help to feel better, somehow, since i seem to be stuck in a vicious cycle. i just want to crawl up somewhere where it won't get me... but it feels like hardly anyone takes it seriously since i've ranted about it for so long.

 

it's hard to just get my mind off things, since i'm always gonna remind me about stuff in the past. embarrassing stuff. stuff that makes me feel awkward, and such. i can't escape from them, they've been there for too long to just stop coming.

 

i sure hope so, because i've been having a lot of them bad days lately...
