If I have a game on it, the aspect ratio becomes more obvious.

I just can't tell the difference without a measuring tape.

 

My monitors are 1366x768. Yeah, puny.

I compensate by having two monitors, but I really wanted to get a monitor with that kind of resolution. The issue is getting one that's cheap enough for me.

Yeah, with laptops you have to pay a ridiculous premium just to get one with a decent screen resolution. 1366x768 should be banned on anything bigger than 12.1".

My Personal Supercomputer (that's what I named my computer) uses two 1366x768 monitors. When I was building it, I had no money left to get a monitor, and the only one I already had was 1366x768. Then, several months after, I went to my local thrift store and got the same exact monitor I already had, so now I have two monitors that are 1366x768.

 

Double the viewing area, which is pretty important when I need to, well... If you're to see what I have to do, it'll make absolute sense. Or not, depends on what you're used to.

1920x1080 would still afford greater working room though, even if it's not as wide... but if you double up monitors, then that is 3840x1080, which would give you a greater viewing angle.

Yeah, that's the thing. I like the extra width, but at the same time, I just don't want to spend the extra money needed to get two more monitors to replace the two I already have.

 

Plus, my desk is already cluttered up.
