You can't build wherever you want, you can only build in a radius around a preset workbench.

 

But that's not too much of a problem.

Sounded like a villain laugh to me. You know, the kind of laugh that belongs to a villain who loses everything and attempts to get revenge by destroying everything (and then finds out that the only thing that the villain cared about was there all along, hiding in plain sight), and then gets stabbed in the back, and then tries to be a good guy but eventually dies a sort of heroic bittersweet death, ultimately reuniting with what the villain once lost, kind of laugh.
