That Pokemon is a Helioptile, a Normal/Electric Pokemon that was first introduced in Pokemon X and Y He's rather small, less than two feet tall. He can also learn the move Surf x3

I guess it has the thermodynamic advantage of being an effective cold reservoir, but I'd need a heat engine to take advantage of it and I'd need something hot also.

 

Also, when I'm gaming, my room instantly becomes 80 degrees. And now I need dirt.

Ah. I have not played the newer versions yet. I don't know any of the newest pokemon.

 

Surf? That's not unusual. He's not the first electric type to be able to surf.
