Not saying you can't think it's a bad piece, I'm just saying it's not "wasting" because it's hard to waste an infinite resource (drawing ability). That's not the only piece the guy has done, he'll most likely go on to make more

 

Of course, if all he does is do that kind of stuff, then I may consider it as such, but some one out there may consider his work a masterpiece...
