Question: Why does the brohoof counter increase when you get brohoofed in Cloudsdale Coloseum when post dont?

To be really honest, i think it should be the other way around or that both won't increase.

A brohoof is a sign that you have made something good or stated a good point, and not because you posted an image you found on google. To be fair, that is why most people has such high brohoof count.

I completely disagree with you.

There was only one.

Just. One.

That all changed when the Fire Nation Attacked.

And three separate threads grew from it.

First only two.

One was taken down.

Didn't survive long at all.

The Random Chat Thread.

The other stayed as it was.

Strife was all through out the thread.

Everyone was against everyone.

Then a small group thought they could break off.

Break away from the seriousness that had arisen.

The New GCT started to grow at this point.

And then more strife came.

It was believed it would go away.

It didn't.

Citizens started attacking Leaders.

Citizens still fought against other citizens.

And then one stepped up and took over.

The one known as the Tech Chicken.

He silently took over this thread.

Let his plan go to work.

Anger still all over.

Somehow.

He managed a good response from his people.

One not filled with anger and hate.

With this knowledge he worked wonders.

He decided that only one decision would be best.

Only one way to bring peace and harmony again.

He brought in the leaders of The New GCT.

Spoke with them.

Made decisions.

Great decisions.

From that The New GCT changed.

They decided to become serious.

And the still infant Serious Chat Thread was born.

All seems to be good.

Peace seems restored to the majority.

Harmony is in place.

We are one once more.

I have another poem.

There once was a man from Peru

who dreamed he was eating his shoe

he woke with a fright, in the middle of the night

to find that his dream had come true

Since I just joined I haven't seen any of his posts.

But this is one of those forums I actually read all the rules and policies for (of forums that have those) because they looked so short and to the point. So, I read that Feld0 owned this place, or something.

Feld0 is one of the original site creators, and the only one who really posts here to this date. Very professional young man, especially for being 17 years old.

Wrong thread, dude.

Children of the night? That only makes me think of a good song.

Is there any trailer for it?

Well, there's the
, and the
. They both look pretty good. :)

That wasn't a poem :P

Just random crap that spewed in my mind at the moment.

Not really sure where the hell it came from....

Always make fun of him daily.

He loves it. ;)

Hmm, that's cool.

Kinda reminds me of an old forum I used to use a lot, where the leaders and mods were always pretty active. Now there's only one admin left that only gets on once a week or so, so I'm pretty much gone from that site now.

I kinda want to see how Feld0 would respond to all of this commotion. Usually, his posts are the most "professional" :P.

It's easy enough to figure out how he would respond. He is the owner of the site and he has stated several times that he intends to the site to remain an inclusive environment, so the idea of excluding individuals from a thread because a small handful wants the thread to be on a certain topic would be offensive to him. If a conversation is intended to be private, then it should be in a private message.

Splitting the thread into two or three parts would not have made much sense to him because, ultimately, all of the threads would be in the same category - the forum lounge. Thus, it is likely that all three threads would, once again, have the same problem and would eventually need to be re-merged into one because none of them would stay on any given topic. The problem is not the thread. It's the forum category.

Creating a serious chat thread in General Discussion was out of the question because the participants in the General Chat Thread did not like that. Creating alternative threads is, as discussed earlier, a subpar solution. Bad feelings would be likely to continue in the war between those that would like the thread to be one way and those that would like a thread to be another way.

Ultimately, comparisons would be drawn with the chat room that used to exist on the site. The randomness. The difficulty of moderation. The complete and total lack of respect for the staff members. The overall negative atmosphere. Lack of a welcoming environment for new members. It's all the same problems. Thus, most likely, the solution would have been the same solution that was employed for the chat room. Lock.

Oh where are you buying it? I'm actually thinking about buying 3 more, I already got 3, haha. I am probably going to buy from welovefine. The other ones are bought from redbubble.

Redbubble eh? There's a pretty decent shirt artist on there. Think his name is XFizzle. :3
