I wake up like 30minutes later thinking I'm in minecraft and I have to press some sort of button to freaking move but then I realize that I'm not really in a game

Have you been drinking?

 

No, it's pretty much the total lack of sleep I've been having for the past several days

 

I literally would only have like three hours of sleep per day and it's right now screwing with my brain

 

Ugh, I need help.

Weakling.

 

 

Just start going to sleep earlier and earlier each day until you reach whatever is the time you want to normally start falling asleep. After a while it will level itself out.
