I would like to thank you for sending me that story. It was fun to actually work on things while I could. Trust me, you weren't looking forward to seeing it any more than I was looking forward to doing it. Not much I can do about that now though. I can't do any kind of coding at the moment. I had to walk away from a project that I had been working on for years. That project was going to be the foundation of a business I was working on. My hands were toast, so I dropped absolutely everything. My hands are still toast and it is basically a fact that I will never be a career programmer again. I really don't mind, I'm lucky enough to have a job.

 

The little things I do on this forum are the extent of my capabilities at this moment.

 

If ever I can somehow aid you, Scoots, I shall. You deserve help. I think, one day, you might be able to do something about your hands, given the progress of medicine. I really hope you can get that help. In the meantime, I hope with all my heart you're able to keep your job and keep your life going.
