Hmmm...the face is the thing that is slightly weird. Probably too human for some people. But that aside, it's actually a nice drawing! :)

I don't think you should worry for now. Ganaram is a thinker. If he is worried, he'll probably think his guts out and put out some comments later about it. :)

Actually, it's the contrary. It's not that he doesn't accept criticism. It's that he accepts it TOO much. Ganny wants his first RP in a GOOD while to be as great as possible, so his worried as hell the experience isn't going as smooth as he wanted, hence, he gets mad when something bad happens. He just has to learn to tone the worry down a bit, and he'll be fine, I like to think. :)

I'm not exactly sure what's happening with that RP, but I agree with this. You really just can't worry about it, you need to keep steady and go ahead and relax. Just go with the flow and try to keep the activity going and the plot sensible. If you do that, then everything will be fine. Though, I will confess that I worry about my own RP sometimes. You know, you always want to keep everyone happy.
