~Fruity~ was all about, well, fruits! There is no hidden agenda unless you count eating fruit salad as a diabolical act :3

So I go nothing.

You can think of Planeswalker as a "second player" that casts spells alongside you. You pay the cost, he arrives with seven "Faith points", then on each of your turn you can have him cast one of the three spells available and his faith points changes accordingly. Planeswalkers can take damage from unblocked creatures and spells, which in turn decreases their faith points. Zero faith points means the Planeswalker is going away.
