Well, if we want to get technical, he's a spirit AND the physical incarnation of chaos besides. So one would assume the rules of typical biological creatures wouldn't necessarily apply. More likely than not he's an asexual being in-canon.

 

...outside of canon in the magical land of smut, I have no idea what would be going on down there.
