Aboard the Deathcruiser:

 

Unfortunately, neither starboard nor port could respond, as everyone at both those stations was dead, silently killed by the invisible MAT (by the way, MAT can be either singular or plural, as it can refer to either Magical Assault Team or Magical Assault Trooper) roaming the ship. They stalked through the corridors of the spaceship, magic keeping them both invisible and silent, while the silencers on their kinetic guns (basically, kinetic guns are weapons that can fire the kinetic energy of a bullet at people.. without having to use an actual bullet. 100% science, no magic involved ) kept the sounds of their gunfire down to a low thud. They had not been discovered yet, but were prepared for full out battle should someone sound the alarm. They had not found the hostages either, but their slow, methodical search was sure to turn them up eventually.  

 

 

Space Traffic Control:

 

"Sure thing. We'll get you your 'Ley-charged Orichalcum' for you. But you'll need to land, so we can cart it aboard the ship" 

 

I'll look at it, but I won't be able to join.

 

Aboard the Deathcruiser:

 

 

Pirate Dan- "True North, have Port n' Starboard prepared t' dropship fer our guests?"

 

True North- "No sir. Not even a peep from 'em."

 

Pirate Dan- "North,I want ye t' contact Port n' Starboard. If those two knuckleheads don't respond in five, I want you to send drones to inspect t' hull n' batten down t' hatches, full lockdown. If we have any stowaways, we want them dead. Dead men tell no tales."

 

True North- "Aye Cap'n."
