So it's me who needs the work, ha. I'm a stranger here. During social situations the stranger is often critically judged or put on a spotlight. Like now for example, I'm not being funny or mean but having an adult conversation rather than trying to impress with making jokes.

 

Walking into unknown territory. Try it out being a social outcast in a neighborhood where your ethnicity reflects who you are. Some might get shot for being a stranger, depends where you are. I'm playing it safe by waiting for newcomers, unfortunately I haven't seen any so I'm lead to believe it's become a club of some sort. Correct me if I'm wrong on that.

I have seen my fair share of them that will actually do what they can to run off others (and not cause they're actually disruptive or bothersome at all, just to be mean), but I can assure you, it's not here.

Yeah this is a pony forum, but the example I gave is related to social situations such as this. There was a reason in fact. No I didn't say I would get shot or beat up - assumption. My confidence is fine, I'm just a diverse speaker with opinions and ideas. That's my input on how I feel. No hostility intended on my end.
