Well, uni's on right now, so finding a good time to play together is going to be really tough. If you're willing to wait 15 weeks, then I'll finish my current semester and I'll have all the free time then!

 

Hopefully I should find some times every now and then when I'm particularly free. I'm just worried that due to our different time zones, those small opportunities I have won't line up with you and we won't be able to play anyway...

Well, I am, but I need to spend a lot of that time studying and completing assessments, so it's not the perfect solution. Still, I can actually be flexible with the times I work on those, so the weekends are still our best bet.

I'm back from my dentist appointment. I can't remember anything from 8 hours ago. I only remember being in pain, then taking a pain med to null the pain. Now the pain's gone.

I opted for sedation. Interesting that I can discreetly remember having metal tools and elastic tents going around my teeth, but somehow it felt like it went by really fast, like some part of the procedure never got recorded into my head. They said short-term amnesia can happen.

They must've given you something that messes with your nerves. Don't they always do that, though?

Somehow I felt like I wasn't sedated, that is until I realised that there's a big chunk of memory from that day that's totally missing. I just don't like the idea of seeing weird instruments being inserted into my mouth. Then again, closing your eyes and not looking also helps, but for the idea that they'd be yanking out teeth, I didn't wanna be fully aware of it. Drilling into my teef is actually not that bad, but if you hear the crunching sound of teef being torn asunder and pulled apart...
