Die Hard (1988) Simply put, this is a great action movie staple. It’s well-handled for the most part and delivers some good pulse. I watched the superior Die Hard 2 during the Christmas season but this one was ready for the spotlight. 8.5/10

Arthur Christmas (2011) I love this movie! It’s so funny and original, with all the British wit anyone could want. No matter how many times I see this movie, it always yanks some hard laughs out of me. Absolutely outrageous and brilliant. 9.5/10

It’s A Wonderful Life (1946) I haven’t watched this from start to finish in several years, but it held up really well. It’s a great movie and that’s all there is to it. I love it, even though it can be a little hard to take in some scenes. I’ll be sure to keep this on my permanent Christmas viewing list from now on. 9/10
