Besides MLPFiM. I desperately need something new to watch haha, I've seen all of season 3 at least 3 times and seasons 1 and 2 4-5 times each (I know, I need to get a life). So, what's your favorite PG-13 or below television show? (I really am interested)

Personally, my favorite is Doctor Who. Normally I would watch that. But I'm an addict and trying to cut down on my Doctor intake.

How I met your mother is pretty great though it can be a lil sketchy at times if your looking for pg-13 and under. no nudity but still talks a lot about sex and what not.

Well, my second favorite TV show would be Angel Beats!. It is TV-14, but it is possible you could offended on it, depending on what your religion is and how you follow it (Talks about whether God is real or not and why good things happen to bad people if he is supposed to exist).

It is a very good show, but it is anime so if you don't like anime, yeah. But I highly recommend watching it. It has a great storyline, awesome characters, beautiful animation, beautiful music, and is very sad at some points. It is also almost-die-from-laughing funny as well in some point. And if you like action, there is plenty of that as well.

Basically, it is about a group of teenagers who didn't have a fulfilled life and are in this high school-like afterlife. It's hard to explain, so here is a link to its Wikipedia page.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angel_Beats!

If you decide to check it out, make sure to not just watch the first episode. The first episode isn't the best episode and doesn't really give a good representation of the show.

Another good show is South Park, like Sir.Flutter Hooves said. If you like cartoons, here is another.

My favorite show currently in production is Sherlock.

Think Sherlock Holmes, but set in modern day, with amazing acting, writing, and cinematography.  Also, every episode is 90 minutes long (without commercials!).  Every episode is way more than just a new mystery; they contribute to overarching stories, develop the characters' relationships, and expose new facets of their personalities in ways that only season finales would occasionally dare to do in a normal TV show.

The only problem is that there are only six aired episodes so far, two per season/series.  Still, that's 540 minutes of some of the best TV I've ever watched.

I'd also recommend Lost, at least for the first two seasons.  It's not, as you would expect, an action show about survival, though there are some seriously tense moments.  It's really about each character's personal journey, both on and off the island, and it does a fantastic job of making every character likable and interesting.

That's really all there is to say on the matter.

This, Angel Beats was a great show, and there were definitely some good laughs.

Off the top of my head...

I personally like the Avatar: The Last Airbender series. It's old and most have probably watched it, but It is still a good show (at least in my opinion).

Another thing you could watch are the Jimmy Neutron shows (not the planet sheen ones, I haven't watched those to know enough about them).

What time is it? Adventure Time!

Yeah I love this show, It's just awesome all around. It has such subtle themes about innocence and freedom. It's a nice break from the stress I'm under. Also really dig the whole post apocalyptic thing.

Also really enjoy Arrested Development. You know why...h.o.o.p. img-1513275-1-laugh.png

I guess I forgot to mention The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson. Funny as hell, not sure what it is rated.

I really like the Highlander TVshow(yes, the movie is R-Rated, but the series has been tamed down to a moderate/middle of the road PG-13), but I've also been getting into Doctor Who, and getting back into X-Files.

As for other things:

Mythbusters

Spellbinders(older British fantasy I think was aimed at family viewing, I think it was made in the 90s)

Ghost Hunters

House

Bones(although I like both, I find it much better than CSI and other crime dramas)

I really thought this thread would be flooded with people like me, but apparently not.

Apart from MLP, my favorite PG-13 show has to be Adventure Time.

But seriously, I'm surprised just a couple others mentioned AD in this thread. Ah, whatever. Everyone has different opinions, right?

I noticed that a majority of the shows I watch are TV-14 (Black Butler, Ouran High School Host Club, Soul Eater, etc...)

But I do enjoy How I Met Your Mother, Clannad, Clannad After Story, Invader Zim, Pokemon, Sonic X, Sonic Underground, Kappa Mikey, Skunk Fu! (yea, I know, most people hate that show), Corneil and Bernie, Digimon Data Squad, Zoey 101, Baby Looney Tunes, Lilo and Stitch, I think I have a lot more, but let's stop there. :D

I would have to say my little pony friendship is magic! But in all seriousness I have two animes that are really good but they tend to be a tad inappropriate for some people at times anyway they are called Soul Eater and Desert Punk, Soul Eater has some really funny moments but tends to be more serious and the fighting scenes and voice acting is really well done, where as desert punk takes place in postapocolyptic japan where it is a giant desert and a teenage bad ass and incredibly hilarious mercenary named kanto a.k.a desert punk and he is... A real punk. These shows both are really good but desert punk is by far one of the most hilarious shows ever that does have some really creative and badass fighting scenes!

1. Avatar: The Last Airbender - This show probably has the most dynamic characters and well thought out story line literally of all time. The animation is superb and the soundtrack is moving. The philosophical questions it asks are real and the humor is so well placed. I cannot think of a show that is better than this show.

2. The Boondocks - This show takes satire to a new level. It's philosophical analysis of real world coming and goings is entirely sobering. But the humor is gut busting. It's one of those shows that shows how absolutely brain dead the masses are in this world and how that media can totally control and entire species.

3. Fullmetal Alchemist - Feels.

4. Scrubs - Hilarious medical situations paired with real world problems? Sign me up.

5. 30 Rock - Tina Fey. Need I say more?

Like music? Of course you do! Here ya go: http://www.youtube.com/user/concertoldham

Rarity is best pony because she is refined, poised, strong and genuine all wrapped up in a beautiful package.

Avatar The Last Airbender- It is a great show with great characters and a pretty good story line. It also has cool fighting and the character development is good.

Futurama- New ones aren't the best but most of them are pretty good.

Mythbusters- Pretty cool to see stuff blow up but I also like the science side of it.

Pawn Stars- I don't know if it is just me but the show is pretty good. The customers bring in a lot of cool stuff and you can learn history on items.

King of the Hill- Funny show but not overly stupid like Family Guy.

Boondocks- The show has some great humor.

The Simpsons- The reasons may be obvious but I recommend to watch the older episode because the "newer" ones are "meh".

Are we talking current, or all time?

If current, it's pretty much just Mytbusters, and occasionally Conan, Daily Show, South Park, and Top Chef.

All time (and if anime is included):  Buffy, Battlestar Galactica (remake), Angel, The Shield, Law & Order, and Fullmetal Alchemist:  Brotherhood.  FMA Brotherhood is probably at or near the top, with Buffy.

Oh, my bad. I meant the 7th show to be "What's the identity of the physician", but I completely forgot about it. I should watch some episodes now. :P
