I used to, ages ago on my laptop, but I stopped I felt it wasn't worth the effort and it slowed it down a lot, when it comes down to it I prefer the default theme of windows.

I've got a Firefox MLP theme, but other than that and a background; my computer is more or less stock standard Windows 7.

I have an MLP Win 7 theme pack which changes all the default Windows 7 sounds into MLP SFX. When my computer boots up the theme song plays. Some notifications make a Flutter-yay. etc.

I just have my Google with Fluttershy and MLP Windows Sound Theme. (Fluttershy says "Yaaay" when I insert USB)

So wait, you're theme turns normally white stuff to a cool black color? If so, that is so awesome and mind if I ask how you do that?

 

 

Anyway, this is the closest I've modded my design, black toolbar and Trixie start button!

Yes mostly it will, but it was very hard for me to do this, I watched alot of tutorials and I do not remember how I did it in my head.

I don't "Mod" per say, but I did build a computer from the ground up from several discarded ones I stripped. About the only new part was a video card so I could get a video out to hook to my television. We use it as a media player.
