Hello, I'm new to the forums.   and I am creating My OC and I have gotten everything complete except one thing, his cutie mark. I would like to know if anyone viewing this could make me a cutie mark for my OC?

Info: check out my latest comment.  Alright now anyone that is still around hopefully you could help with this, now what I have in mind is a cloud with a flame coming from underneath. Hopefully someone can help. Super Derpy's cutie mark is still being put to good use

Does he REALLY have to be an Alicorn? I'm not saying I don't like him, because I do, but really, Alicorn OCs are never liked by others.

About the Cutie Mark, I'll do it. A closed book with a lightning strike on it, you say? Can't be too hard.

More Info: His name is FlareShocker(like my account name) and can fly fast like the wonderbolts and also has a large knowledge of magic. This wasnt necessary but i did it anyway

Just that by itself. Right on there. Seriously, Alicorns aren't take too kindly as original characters. It's your characters but I highly recommend changing it immediately. Besides, we would need more information to give you a real suggestion other than generic stuff; flying and magic isn't enough to go on. Really though, that Alicorn status has to go. Anyway, that's my honest advice. Take it or don't.

Thats an easy fix he was planned to be a Pegasus in the first place so I might as well change it. and also I just made him yesterday I haven't come up with more info on him but I most certainly could. But of course i could simply change him back to how he was the first time I made him.

Yeah, I'd have to agree with ILetThePoniesIn. Just from what I've heard, your character sounds ridiculously OP. He can cast all kinds of spells AND fly as fast as the Wonderbolts? Come on, now. He's gotta have some weaknesses. If you'd like your character to particularly excel at something, give them a fault.

Alicorns can be interesting characters if handled properly, but the problem is that most people don't want to handle them properly. They want to make a character which just destroys everything in its path.

THIS MEANS NOTHING ANYMORE. I completely change my OC and is different if you could tell by my new profile pic. ok now i have to get 100 charachters

ok what I had planned was to make his original Pegasus form(witch I will change it back to) be able to make a force called the flash-bolt when he had enough electric,lightning or anything of that sort around him. Also when he lands on a cloud the cloud will turn red and instead of shooting out lightning it will shoot out red electrical waves that light things on fire if they are red.

 

I tried typing this before so I wanted to do it faster this time, but I hope this further explained my situation. I am still using this alicorn for other pony related topics so thanks to Super Derpy for that help.

Hey, I have an OC that has powers too, and she's a Pegasus. She has surges of magic from time to time Thing is is it's because of her backstory. A good reason for your OC's OP-ness to happen, could be that he was made in the same lab and was the second try, but something messed up again, giving him these powers.

This is the way I always Like to think. All my friends no i'm addicted to fiery elements. mutation and uniqueness is always my way to go for my last OC the one we are all still speaking of had complete OP-ness in him so I changed it up to a normal Pegasus and then had second thoughts about him for he had the same type of impossible features that no one would come to respect. so I gave up and made one with again, more extreme powers. and now away I go typing a back story for the final FlareShocker (he is in my profile pic) wow i have bad grammar
