Reformed Discord isn't that bad!

For me the charm of Discord was because he was such an enjoyable villain, he was out to have fun and he did not care how it ruined the lived of others, Equestria was his playground and the creatures there is toys. In my eyes I see Discord is to Equestria as the Joker is to Gotham (an omnipotent more G rated Joker but still), you just don't reform a villain like him and it makes as much sense as reforming the Joker.

 

What made him such a great character was because he is a villain, which is why is my head canon like the Joker he is only faking this reform and 'being good' so he doesn't get locked away again as Discord is smart enough to know Twilight would come up with something. In my eyes Discord manipulated the situation so that it would work out the way it did, knowing what Celestia was up to and playing along to see what she had planned for him.
