Silky Feathers and Sandy Spirals

a pair of "sibling tracks" i made a week or so ago. they vary quite differently from each other, but it's the naming theme that keeps them together. they're both meant to be Doom soundtrack music in some way or form.

 

Silky Feathers

 

a weird, psychedelic trance-esque ambient piece, inspired by the silk spun by spiders, as well as the creatures themselves. might not be for everyone.

i've actually had this track lying down for the longest time, but i decided to complete it some week ago or so.

 

Sandy Spirals

 

a desert-themed, light percussioned tracks about... sand. yeah. and spirals.

i wanted to break from my trend of heavy percussion tracks, and decided to add only very light percussion, most of the bass coming from the guitar instead. makes it more mellow and easy to digest.

 

finally, why they are sibling tracks: Silky Feathers and Sandy Spirals. Feathers and Spirals. @Feather Spiral. these tracks are more or less devoted to him, as weird as that may sound.
