Pretty much any name I saw when I was still in grade school (1st - 5th grade) in the math problems I got.  I think the most memorable one I saw was Weeah or something like that.  When I saw that name in the 2nd grade, I couldn't help myself from bursting out laughing.  Where did they ever come up with those names?

Once, I had a friend who had a friend who's name was Shoog. Pretty darn weird, if you ask me.

 

Other than than, I remember I read a news article where some kid got named Hashtag.
