Hopefully.

 

 I actually had stomach surgery before that too, when I was a baby. I can't remember exactly what it was that was wrong with me, but I kept throwing up and my mom kept bringing me in, but they just kept telling her she was overfeeding me repeatedly.

 

Turns out there was something actually wrong, and she had to basically force them to check me over again.

I've been pretty healthy my whole life...though I did have to get stitches once when I was pretty young for a head injury. And caught a pretty bad disease a few winters back. Still, not bad considering.

Oh jeez not the dentist, I had to have braces for like 3 years. Personally I haven't noticed a difference but apparently it was important.

my dad was supposed to get braces when he was a kid. I say supposed to because although they put the braces on him, he actually took them off himself. I guess my dad was a pretty assertive kid.

I landed in hospital for over a week with an infection a few years ago. Excruciating pain, vomiting, several scans, dozens of blood tests, stuck in a hospital bed because it hurt too much to walk. Not fun. It took months to fully go away.

 

As for my mental wellbeing, that's a whole different story -_- But the worst of that is behind me now and hopefully it'll stay there.

Ouch 27, that sounds really awful. The only thing that kept me sane during my visits was when I could eventually get up and walk...Sorry to hear that. Glad that's over now.
