Fans of other shows don't have a name for their fandom, why do we?

I'm not saying its a bad thing, just an observation.

Well, it did originate from 4chan, and they usually give names to the different groups of people that use certain boards. So i guess it was only natural that the new MLP fans got a name for themselves as well.

 

 

Fans of MLP FiM on the /co/ board are also called Colts.
