Worst zoo you've been at

So far,what's been the most rubbish zoo you have visited and why? Most zoos do their best to keep the animals and humans happy,but others are instead a living nightmare

I haven't seen a horrible zoo yet, but I don't think there are any.

 

Most of my experiences in zoo's have been pretty good so far if I recall.

I visited this one zoo in Pennsylvania a few times, and it was interesting, but they treated their animals like crap. The cages were so small. The white tiger must have been hungry too because he kept following/ eyeing up my baby brother as if he wanted to eat him. I love my local zoo, even though its small and kind of dinky because the bison exhibit borders a nearby road, so you can stop and pet a bison any time without paying. I love bison so much. They're so cute!

Hershey Park's Zoo America is probably the only zoo I've been to and it really sucks. Its not really a zoo though. It really sucks though..

D.C.'s zoo and the Metro Richmond Zoo are the only ones I've visited. Both looked alright to me. The one in Richmond was more interactive, with more opportunities to pet and feed animals than the one in D.C. On the other hand, the one in DC is much larger and cleaner and has a spectacular display of lights near Christmas. If I had to pick one has being worse, I'd give that to the one in D.C. just because it's less interesting imo.

African Lion Safari! Its located in Canada ontario (where i live) and you can actually drive on a trail and the animals are literally right beside your car without any barriers, pretty cool you might think? NOT! About 3 years ago i went with my little cousins and we were driving through the rhino area and one of them approached the car and head butted the side mirror and broke off! Going through the trail can damage your car because of what i just explained and that monkeys can and most of the time jump on top of the car and do its business on it and its nails usually will scratch the cars paint job. I think its a stupid idea and i think they should at least put a barrier.

The Northern Territory Wildlife Park,it's got a nice bird show, decent-y aquarium and nocturnal house,but the rest is so barren,it feels like the amount of animals decreases each time I go there,they only have three dingoes,an ingrown lagoon walk,a mildly decent forest walk,crap billabong and sandbar and the other walks are terrible.Overall,a pretty forgettable experience,but it might still be worth it to see the bird show,its quite fun, and maybe the aquarium and nocturnal house if you want,but feel free to explore all the other 'attractions' if you want.

No, I haven't been to bad zoo. I only been to one zoo, and that's the San Diego Zoo. And that zoo's far from being complete ass.
