Do you like fan fictions where Humanity gets their revenge on the Ponies?

Do you like fan fictions where Humanity gets their revenge on the Ponies? As in stories where Humanity gets its revenge from beyond the grave on the Ponies that wiped out their species. Maybe, it's a little cruel of me, but I like stories where bad Ponies suffer for their wrong doing.

 

Like a story where the TCB Ponies attacked Earth and destroyed all of Humanity, only for the Reapers from Mass Effect to invade and kill everypony, where only now the Ponies at the end of their species' time do they realize why the Humans fought them to the bitter end like they themselves against the Reapers.

 

Or a story where the Ponies wiped out the Human race, but due to their actions the Elements Of Harmony shattered and gates of Tartarus opened unleashing monsters into Equestria, turning their world into a hellish nightmare.

 

Or Discord returning (before redeemed) and not be able to be defeated due to the evil acts of the Ponies, with the Elements Of Harmony shattered.

I find it a rather... interesting topic, reading your descriptions up there; I should probably read one some time, just to see, because it sounds rather cool. I appreciate good plots in a story, because I am a writer myself - this one sounds quite different, at least in my scope of knowledge (but perhaps tha's because I'm not REALLY into the fandom, I just enjoy it mildly, and don't hunt for fanart/fiction).

well, i honestly tend to avoid any fanfictions that take this turn in events. it just seems all so dark for a show that's originally so happy :/

anyway, i've read maybe 2 stories with this plotline or something simmilar, and i must say i didn't really enjoy it.

it's cool that humans can get their revenge, but letting revenge out on a pony just seems so wrong for some reason...

Um, there's the moment- ponies can explode us humans/ if they. Grab and Snuggle with Love & Tolerance. Those equines are indeed pillows[that smell like marshmellows], but~ the unicorns use magic to trap+ pegasus divebombs.

Huh,I have yet to see any human x pony fics that aren't clop related.

Honestly for me it depends on how well its done, or better yet the plot. Knowing me though, I'd would enjoy them. I like the dark, non-cupcake fics

well, this fic i'm reading right now starts off rather dark. maybe you'll like it.

i got the link to it here, it's a human in equestria fic and there's absolutely no clop whatsoever. also, this fic has done the language barrier very well. like, the best i've seen so far :3

Can't really see Ponies as genocidial. At most I could imagine them turning all humanity to to slave ponies but that's about it.

I haven't read any fan fiction other than My Little Dashie, ( T ^ T ) so I really don't have much to offer here. 

 

What I can say is, if I'm going to read a fanfic, I'd prefer it not to mix our world with the pony world. There's such a huge difference between the two, that making sense out of it just wouldn't be possible. (Not that there's any fun in making sense)  Also, realistically, if humans were able to meet the FiM ponies, there'd be lots of weird, human-pony offspring...

I just can't buy the fact that ponies destroyed humans, or even that ponies had the capability to destroy the entire human race. Sure the unicorns are magical, but humans have opposable thumbs and powerful guns. The military could shoot down ponies without much effort. The unicorns would be able to use their magic, but keep in mind that most unicorns are not all that powerful... I dunno, it just does not seem like ponies would destroy all humans by such a landslide, you know?

 

I think the main reason why I am so picky about my fan fiction is that I want it to make sense with the canon as much as possible. I have written fan fiction with non-canon pairings before (before ponies), but if I like a non-canon or non-developed canon ship enough, that would pretty much be the only exception for me.

 

So no, a fanfic like the one OP posted about would not interest me.

To me, that seems like a rather hateful and vindictive thing to do. It seems more like a troll fic written by someone who hated MLP where human beings just wipe out the entire race or they end up dying for no good reason. Don't even get me started on the sheer OOC work that is TCB.

 

My point is that no, I would very much avoid these kinds of stories like the plague. "Humans-in-Equestria" already has enough of a stigma to it without the human's in question being genocidal assholes.
