Flash how work it?

Hi! I thought would ask if any one know good ways to learn flash, mainly animations. Is something have picked my interest. However seem like there is allot learn abut it. So if any of you have any experience in matter. I really would like hear from you in this post, our if got good suggestions for example youtube tutorials. Reading is fine too, is just that am bit slow and dyslexia doesn't help either.

well, maybe i'm not the best person to reply to this, since i basically failed horribly at every attempt to make something in flash XD
