Since its the holidays, I'd like to ask you AJ, what's your personal favorite apple dish? And if its pie do you have a particular method? I won't persist if its a family secret recipe.

 

Also what's your opinion on quinces, pears, and of course cherries?

 

Mmm, well, the apple pie mah granny makes is actually quite delicious. Though ah suspect half o' that is nostalgia. Anyway, ya get a whole lotta apples - whatever ya like, really - some cinnamon, buncha sugar, and a bit o' lemon juice fer that kick,

 

And ah prefer quinces to pears - crunchier. Cherries...ehh. Ah suppose they're alright. Dash pointed out they look kinda like mini-apples, so ah suppose ah like em a bit, now.

Um Applejack about your cider... I noticed that it's well fizzy. And if my knowledge serves my correctly... fizzy cider=hard cider or alcoholic cider and I'm pretty sure I saw Apple Bloom with some of that along with some other fillies in town. What do you have to say about this?

It's, err, perfectly fine. Heh.

 

Naw, but really. It is, ah swear. Cider ferments, 's why ya see all the bubbles. But the process to hard cider takes more time.
