I'm gonna have to go meet with some other important glalaxy watchers, (I won't bore you with details) and I was thinking that maybe bringing a positive item from your world would help encourage them to keep general space chaos in quadrents around your world to a minimal.

 

I think everyone would benefit, you ponys would have more time to reach the nano age, I'm able to afford laying back more, it's a win-win!

 

As to why 10,000, well, if the infantry troops like it, the leaders will almost have no choice but to accept my deal.
