Formula 44D is pretty bad. Even when you take the cherry flavor it doesn’t help. If anything it makes it worse.

I LOVE Pepto Bismol! I could drink that stuff just for the pleasure of it! It's the only medicine that tastes like candy.

Oh my gooood there was this "grape" flavored cough syrup I took as a kid and it was the most DISGUSTING concoction on this planet I cannot stress it enough. I would SOB when I had to take it. It'd take me up to an hour to actually take one dose and I'd gag every sip. I had to take a bite or drink of something else after every one as well

Definitely when I had to drink liquid activated charcoal in the hospital when I was a teen. Not only did it taste awful the purpose was to induce vomiting. That's exactly what it did to me for a while. Even after they sent me home. I thought I was gonna die from throwing up so much.

I recall drinking cough medicine when I was a kid that tasted so nasty, I think it was grape flavored.

The most disgusting medicine I can remember taking was store brand (I forget which one exactly, might have been Rite-Aid brand) cherry flavored children's medicine, that stuff tasted nasty.

There was also the time I took my first pill and my mom wrapped it in a tiny piece of bread, I didn't like it to the point where it made me throw up (I was really sick that day).

I had to imbibe copious amounts of a horrid liquid called GoLYTELY prior to a colonoscopy, to make my innards all clean and shiny I guess, and it was the most vile, unholy concoction I ever had to drink. And they made me drink tons of the stuff at intervals before the procedure. I’d rather have my guts turned inside-out without anesthetic than go through that horror again. I'm surprised I haven't mentally blocked it out as a psychological defense mechanism.

Oh yes, I had the same thing recently. It's disgusting but drinking so much of it so fast made me feel sick and so cold I couldn't warm up for hours.
