My pick would be the one spoofing Thomas the Tank Engine with Daniel "Harry Potter" Radcliffe as the title character. This was made during TTTE's 16th season which is Sharon Miller's final season as head writer. It even pokes fun on how much has changed since HIT Entertainment took over.

I like "Palpatines Last Moments Sketch" particularly the part where he tries to apologize to Jar Jar Binks for manipulating him.

I loved it when Robot Chicken had that whole episode dedicated to Star Wars. Every one of those clips was hilarious.
