I wasn't disappointed at all though they did have me fooled for a split second. I was ready to squee in joy and excitement but that will have to be saved for another time. It is fine with me. It would have been a bit early and I have a feeling the CMCs will probably get their Cutie Marks at the same time, so it makes sense. Either way would have been fine with me.

Not at all. If Scootaloo got her cutie mark and the other two didn't, that would create an imbalance in the principal reason their friendship exists. The writers did well not to give it to her yet.

Not at all! I'm kind of glad Scootaloo didn't get her cutie mark just means more crusading fun :D though I do hope the CMC's do get them at some stage in S4 either together or one by one doesn't bother me :).
