"What's the hold up he asks. The hold-up was that I ran all the way from my place. I live pretty close to the valley that I thought I could make it in time but apparently I made it just when the sun was going down. That's when I ran into Zoe here." Melissa nudged Zoe at that and followed the Duskull gijinka to their dorms. It turns out that Dusk's was right in the middle of both of theirs so they'll be running into each other often. Melissa didn't like the sound of that.

"Well, speaking for me anyways, we had car trouble on the way here...  Plus it was a long trip from Unova, but that's not really an excuse because I'm sure there are others here from Unova."  She giggles, her tail wagging as she does.  It was much easier going with her new friends helping with her bags.

 

"I wasn't too worried though, nothing ever really happens on the first day at a new school.  I mean yeah it sucked that I missed out on time to meet everyone, but hey!  Running late meant I ran into you two!"  She giggles again when Melissa nudges her, stopping near her dorm room with a big smile.  "Thanks so much for helping me with my luggage you two, you're the best!  Don't be strangers, alright!?"

"It's alright. Glad I could help. Speaking of helping, do you want to help with unpacking or are you good?" Melissa asked Zoe. Melissa saw Dusk's eye moving from socket to socket and it freaked her out to say the least. Melissa nervously chuckled and hoisted Zoe's suitcase into Dorm 1.

Dusk looked at Melissa and felt a little annoyance in her tone, but he dismisses it knowing she probably has all the right to be. His flight over was no joke either, he traveled from Hoenn of all places.

 

"Sorry to hear that.."  Dusk said as they arrived at the first Dorm room.

 

"it's my pleasure! Looks like we'll all be neighbors, I'm going to be up most of the night because I'm nocturnal. If you guys ever feel like you want to hang out under the stars, I'll be there~" Dusk said as he set down Zoey's suitcase and went off back towards he came. Now with that good deed out of the way, maybe he could go stargazing.

"Oh, that's alright, thanks though Melissa!  If I don't unpack it myself, I won't know where it all is!  Hehe."  She smiles at the Floatzel girl before turning to shout down the hall after Dusk.  "Hey, I'm a dark type!  If you're bored at night you can come bug me!  I like the dark!"  Giggling again she turns to start dragging her bags into her dorm room, her tail wagging again.

 

As she glanced around the dorm, Zoe moves to place her bags near one of the unclaimed beds.  "I wonder who my roommates are going to be?  I've never shared a room before, this should be fun!"  She quickly runs over to Melissa and hugs her before taking a step back.  "Thanks again, sweetie!  Are you good to go with your own stuff?  I'm probably going to be unpacking for a while but if you need help with anything, well, fair is fair right?"

Melissa gave a sigh of relief when Dusk exited the room. She seriously hated ghost-types. It wasn't because of what they are it's what they're like. She's had a bad history with them. When Zoe hugged her, Melissa hugged back and smiled a bit. "You're welcome. I'm sure I'll be okay. Hey, maybe later I'll show you a card trick or two. But after you're done unpacking of course." Melissa gave a small wave and headed to Dorm 3. She entered the room and placed her bag on an unoccupied bed. She got everything set up and crawled under the covers to get some rest from the running she did. Without bothering to change she fell asleep on her bed.

@@SleeplessSketch Damon was walking around for a better place to sit when he ran into Dusk "Oh hey, Dusk was it?" he asked as he looked up and smiled, Kari put her book down and was about to call it a night when she tripped on her half empty suit case and landed on her face, she was on the verge of breaking out in tears but she brushed herself off and laid down and fell asleep.

Dusk came floating through the hallway once again, though a familiar faces came into view. It was that Blaziken from before in the Cafeteria. Dusk stopped once he got close enough and followed it by with a small wave.

 

"Hey there Damon! Whatcha up to stranger?" Dusk asked smiling underneath his mask. He looked around and couldn't see anybody else besides the two of them. He glanced to his side out of one of the windows and saw that the sun was nearly done with it's setting.

@@SleeplessSketch, Damon looked at Dusk "Nothing much, what about you." he said as he walked a bit closer, most ghost types he knew were mysterious and rude but not dusk and a few others as far as he knew, Damon just started laughing for no reason, he knew Dusk would ether think he was crazy or insulting him but he couldn't stop laughing.

"I'm going to see the stars! Maybe float around in the moonlight, do a little personal haunting on school grounds haha, not that I can do ANY haunting." Dusk said chuckling a bit. He noticed Damon laughing out of nowhere and couldn't help but chuckle along, his laugh was pretty infectious. 

 

"Haha, what's so funny?" He inquired. He didn't know what much to think about Damon aside from being totally talented with a guitar. He also looked like a really strong dude and one of those Too Cool for School attitude, though he was just making assumptions at this point. He didn't know many fighting types mostly because they stayed away from him, not being affected by physical moves and all.

Razor started to follow Lhee into the library then turned around to Nik and whispered, "I'm going to go in here." Whispering, of course, because it was a library, and she didn't want to be in trouble if it seemed like it was a strict and super quiet one. 

Upon entering she saw that it was a pretty nice library with a fair amount of books. Razor headed to the fictional section, her tail moving back and forth showing her excitement to look at all the wonderful books that the library held for her. I might go off and get some other genre, or something. Oh and I wonder what books are most popular. I wonder if there's a section for that..

The skitty gijinka hadn't seemed to lose any energy since the start of the day, but of course it was a good idea to make sure she wouldn't be hungry. "Oki doki!" Lolita responded to her boyfriend's idea to go to get some food. "But if its sugary or super sweety I might be up all night and it will be super duper hard to sleep!" It wasn't a very good warning, but it was true. One thing that she didn't need was to be on a sugar rush at bedtime. "Oooh maybe we'll see like new people and I can be like 'Hi there who are you?' and then they'll say 'I want to be your friend!' and I'll be like 'Oh of course!' and then it will be super fun and...." The always crazy skitty continued to ramble on while they left the room and headed to the cafeteria.

Koh smiled. Listening to Lolita ramble was some of the funniest moments of his life. She was entertaining to say the least. "Well, pau, I would recommend you get something like veggie noodles then. Nice and healthy, and not sugary at all." He held the door open for his lady as they entered for dinner.

"It's actually pretty easy." Rune said. "Just flip this switch here," He indicated by flipping the switch on his side. "And when both of them are ready, hit the button when it lights up. The more accurate you are hitting it, the more thoroughly it mixes it. Kind of a weird way to mix it if you ask me, but hey, it's fun." He said with a chuckle.

 

 

She nods, and flips the switch. She tapped her button pretty close to the right time each time, something she didn't find difficult. It was a bit like feeling the wind before letting the arrow fly. Not to mention it had a bit of a tempo going on. She frowned with concentration.

Rune kept in time, he had lots of practice with making his own pokeblocks, and making poffins wasn't much different other than the fact that poffins were a bit messier and required a bit more prep time. As the machine whirred to a halt, Rune got up and poured the poffin mix in to the poffin trays, then set them up to bake. "Welp, we've got about an hour before the oven finishes baking. How about we head to dinner, then come back and grab some poffins for desert? Don't worry about them getting burnt. The oven is pre-set for poffins so that when it finishes baking them, it automatically goes to the 'keep warm' setting. Makes baking poffins so much more convinient." He said, washing the mixing bowl.

After saying his goodbyes to the shyguy, leaving him to his obviously engrossing book, and attempting to follow Joshu back to their dorm, however, failing that, he found himself at his originally intended destination, The Library.

Going in he spotted some Giji's he hadn't introduced himself to.

So, carefully looking around to see if there was a Librarian on guard, he calls out to then across the room,

"G'Day mates!" 

It got there attention so smiling he walks over to them,

Joshu left the group to head back towards the dorm. Dark followed close behind. Joshu consulted his map and pointed down a random corridor.

"Okay. The Dorm is straight down here. Just walk straight and don't take any corners. Got it? I'm going to walk a different way. See you there."

Joshu explicitly told Darcy to walk in a straight line. When he got to the Dorm however, Dark was nowhere in sight. 'Oh that idiot! Stuff it. I'm heading to bed.' Joshu went inside the Dorm, changed to his pajamas and went to sleep in his bed.

Melissa woke up to a faceful of moonlight. 'Who turned the moon to full blast?' She got up and noticed that she fell asleep in her clothes. 'Well that's not good.' She quickly changed and headed outside. The hall looked eerie without any lights on. Luckily there was enough moonlight to see by. At the end of the hall, she saw a light on. She headed towards it and found a fairly large library around the corner. Walking in she saw a few gijinka still up. Over in the non-fiction section there was a Smeargle gijinka.

Nik's tired face twitched and he turned around. "My name is Nik" he said, too tired to come up with something witty. "What type of gjinka are you?" the Smeargle gjinka asked, rubbing at his eyes in an attempt to rouse himself from the clutches of sleep. He'd have to sleep soon but for now, he could talk

"Nik. Thats a nice name. You sound tired. Actually you look it. As for what gijinka I am, I'm a Floatzel gijinka." She whipped her twin tails about a bit before calming down. "I'm sorry. I'm just excited but considering its nighttime I'll masthead back to my Dorm." She started to sound tired herself. 'Hmm. Need more sleep. Note. Don't run for two miles without taking a break otherwise you'll sleep in phases.'

"There seems to be an open table over there." Rune said, pointing to the nearest vacant table. "That place sound good to you?"

Nik nodded in acknowledgement before picking up his last book and putting a finger to his head. The energy of a ground type was rather distinct and it was easy to find Lhee's signature. Nik scrunched up his face before he disappeared, reappearing right next to Lhee. Nik's corrupted version of Teleport could only move to the near area of another gjinka and even then, required intense focus to work.
