Melissa blushed as she said it, realising that she truly cared for him and hoped that he would care for back. Melissa laughed at Nik's slip up. "Thanks. Your lips are soft as well. We'd better get back to the common room." Melissa pushed herself off the wall and started to walk back towards the common room. She pulled her hoody out of the bag, hiding the dress she bought in the hoody. She then got her book out and handed the other books that were still in the bag to Nik. "I think I told you this earlier but you may not have been listening. The books that are left in there are about Ghost types and Dark types. I figured that they can help you with Dusk and Nico." Melissa said with a smile on her face.

Nik coiled his tail around a rafter and leaped up on it, beginning to read the books Melissa gave him. They even smelled like Melissa! A tap could be felt on Athaia's shoulder and if she turned around she would see the still training-dressed Grant Fernmint standing behind her. "Already here. What's going on now?"

 

Varrick also teleported in next to Fernmint. "I sensed there was an issue. Can I be of assistance as well?"

 

 

It was a blessing to Nik that Zach had gone back to his dorm before heading to the common room, or else he would have had much more than a broken nose. As Zach entered the Common room, it was as if the tension was tangible, although deteriorating as if the problem had exited. It would probably be best for noone to tell him what happened, so he didn't attempt to put Nik in the hospital. Maybe he should be doing more of those anger exercises that Sirius had made him do a lot. That might help.

 

Dustin had been struggling to not lash out at Nik, and smiled shortly at the Smeargle boy being beaten up by the Sylveon girl. Dustin didn't even know who she was, but it wasn't right to ever talk to someone that way. He realized his fists were clenched, and when he relaxed them he found that his claws were out and he had dug them into his now bleeding hand. Sighing, he stuffed his hands back into his pockets. He could deal with that later.

 

Matthew had been watching from the corner of the room. And by that, I mean he was floating in the corner of the ceiling. He had strategically watched the events, knowing full well they would never get out of hand. There would have been an intervention of some kind at some point, so he left it up to whatever that intervention was going to be. It was then seen that a Legendary gijinka had stepped in and quite quickly cooled everything down. Matthew smirked and continued to float in the corner.

"Jon told me to take roll, and everyone is present and accounted for except for three students, however I have a feeling I know where two of them are and they're likely safe, unless they meet up with the third that is." Althaia explained. "A kid named Nik, I've been hearing rumors that he's a real trouble maker and that there's already been a couple of fights involving him in the past two days. The other two are Rune Blade and Synthia Xalven, but I already helped Rune in because he and Synthia were out hiking or camping or something and Synthia was passed out in Rune's arms as he was carrying half a campsite on his back. They likely went to their dorm to rest, so I'm going to check on them. I need you two and Darius to look for Nik, then we can report to Jon and tell him we've got everyone."

She had successfully made his head some kind of mess. Short braids stood up and stuck out  all over his hair. If you had to count maybe  7 but why would you be counting braid that's weird you're weird. Weird.

 

When they arrived in the common room, nothing seemed out of place. Same old angsty pokemon kids getting into fights. The sight made something tighten in her chest,as this kind of stuff always does. But... She sighed, twirling  one of the braids over the tip of her finger. It's a little scary that i'm getting used to this sort of thing.

Amaya flinched, Small charges of electricity from the thunder and lightning ran over her feathers and is was not a pleasant feeling, like she could feel his ticked-offness. Her eyes followed him as he stood in between the two, brought the fight to an end, and made his way over to her and her friends. She smiled as he tried to apologize, waving her hand as if to dismiss it. 

"Its okay, Senpa-..ahh... R-Raiga..It would have gotten terribly out of hand if someone hadn't done something.." Even though she said it, he had been a little bit scary.

After a moment, Amaya shifted a bit, a embarrassed blush starting to cross her face. Leaning forward haphazardly but still managing to keeping her balance, she caught Dusk eye.

"Okay, maybe not the biggest nerd.. Only the smallest bit nerd. I-it's like i was alittle impressed or anything "She reasoned, pushing Zoey's braid back over her shoulder so it would smack Dusk in his big dumby face. After a moment, she glanced at the others and added," H-hey, maybe lets let me down now? That's a great idea don't you think? Its a super idea!!"

Samantha arrived to the school with the rest of the group and headed to the gym, waiting for the lights to come on. It wasn't that she couldn't see in the dark, she had night vision anyway. She heard a crack of thunder and went to investigate. It came from the common rooms.

 

When she arrived, it was no surprise that it was caused by a Raikou man, but the surprise came in the fact that Nik was fighting a girl who looked to be part-Sylveon, however the Raikou man was standing in the middle. She didn't want to interfere, it wouldn't turn out well if she did, so she stayed by the door and let the Sylveon girl pass and she turned and walked away.

 

Rune

 

Rune sat in stunned silence, partially due to the shock, partially due to having to carry a person and 100 pounds of equipment 10 miles. As Synthia turned away and walked out, Rune shot one last glare at Nik and then followed after her, a Porygon Z Gijinka grabbing his arm on the way out.

 

"Don't do it. That guy isn't worth it." Samantha said to him. "I'm aware of this, but I've got more important things to do than plot revenge against that trash." Rune replied, yanking his arm away and chasing after Synthia for the second time.

 

He found her in the dorms, luckily Ms. Althaia had delivered the stuff to the dorm, it was all leaning against the wall inside the room. Luckily she didn't do any searching around, or else she might have found that generator and they wouldn't be able to have that date tonight.

 

"I told you I wouldn't give up. Can you please stop running away? There is such a thing as too much exercise you know." Rune half-joked.

She looked at him worriedly and immediately darted over, checking over his body with a combination of hands and ribbons. She pauses over his new watch, frowning slightly, but moves to confirm that he is perfectly fine before hugging him. "I'm a baka," she mumbles sadly, leaning into him.

"O-oh right sorry." Dusk said as he let her down a little embarrassed himself. It didn't feel like there was any real inconvenience with Amaya on his shoulders that he was quite comfortable with it.

 

"Anyway, shall we make our way to the common room? They would've been able to figure out what to do by now." Dusk said as he contemplated more on the current blackout situation at hand. He began to make his way into the school with others doing the same as well as he navigated the halls. He saw that some students had Will-O-Wisps following them to help light up their way. Dusk lit up at the brilliant idea and decided to bring up his own for their group. He raised both of his hands and made several little flames that floated about, a little tinier than the other ones in the hall already. He grinned at another accomplishment of his and lead the way towards the common room.

Jon himself had arrived at the common room and waited for more students to arrive here before he takes roll and explains the situation. He was absolutely beat and decided to sit down on the couch to catch a moment to collect himself. He had been fixing FRED all morning, doing the usual cleaning, checking the equipment and kitchen since the power came off and finally helped round up the students. It had been one hell of a day that much could be said.

 

The Shedinja on his head hovered off and floated near his face as if consoling the overworked Custodian.

 

"I'm fine...there's still a lot to get done....do I'm counting on you partner.." He said looking up at his ghostly bug buddy.

 

"Sheeeedinja!" It replied in agreement.

Ms Claudia noticed Daniel's focus shift from her to the boy behind her, even if only for  moment.  She turned and also noticed how his grip tightened on the bow, just as it had when she first met him. Oh, i guess fear can't fade away with only a few good ghosties, now can it? With a wink, she suddenly twirled, posing like a superhero when she finally stopped.

 

" Hoh-kaay, boy! Let's get to work!~"

 

After explaining to the boys how the work needed to be done, with Lhee guiding them into positioning using his bone- "Nifty thing you've got there, LeeLee!"- and explaining the obvious to the ghost boys that they could move it just with there hands...or feet. Elbows. Rumps. Whatever they preferred. Annnd so they went, illuminating the halls with her 'lanterns'. They made trips to the major rooms, like the Gym, Nurses Office- "Hey, no pocketing the lollies!"-and the teacher offices.

 

When she finally brought them to the common rooms, she was a little less than tip top shape. Making so many of those Wisp absorbed a lot of stamina, and she wasn't used to exerting so much energy anyways. Being just a tad short of breathe, she wiped her brow with the back of her hand with a cocky smile. " Well done, well done pups! I really appreciate all the help."

After Ms Claudia brought them to the common room, Lhee lets out a loud sigh before waving his hand and moving off to a corner by himself.  Well, partially by himself.  Amaura was still following close on his heels.  Lowering himself to the ground with a quiet thud, the small pokemon had leapt into his lap before he even realized it.  He grunts quietly under the sudden weight - she was small, but she was rock type - but he doesn't try to move her away.

 

Patting Amaura's head between the small glowing sails, Lhee smiles at the little pokemon as she stares at the other students in the common room from the safety of her Marowak's lap.  "Amu-mau?"  "You can meet them later...  Maybe.  If you meet them that means I'll have to meet them too."

 

 

Raiga

 

Raiga lets out a quiet sigh, his shoulders heaving.  It looked like the last of the students were funneling in...  Anyone who happened to be watching the Raikou gijinka may have noticed he looked somewhat disheartened.  Perhaps disappointed?  He had been watching the doors carefully to watch everyone coming in, but he hadn't moved all that much as anyone entered the room.  The glow around his claws even seems to dim a little, as though the electrical currents around him were reflecting his mood.

She had just went up to Rune's dorm and found it unlocked, opening the door and looking to see if Rune and Synthia were in there. "Ru-" was all she managed to get out before noticing the mood lighting and two students of opposite genders sharing a bed. "RUNE BLADE AND SYNTHIA XALVEN! WHAT IN THE HELL DO YOU TWO THINK YOU ARE DOING?!" She shouted.

@, Being brought into the common room by Ms. Claudia, Daniel decided it would be a good time to unwind for a bit; not much he could do in a blackout anyway.  Going over to the middle of the room, Daniel found a sturdy cement wall and sat down, setting the bronze lantern down next to him as he leaned his back against the wall.  Daniel then glanced forwards and saw the same Marowak that he had smirked at before, but then Daniel noticed an Amaura on the Marowaks lap, causing Daniel to scoot back a tad; if he remembered his type advantages correctly then that Amaura could cause a hell of a lot of damage to him if it used a Rock-Type move.  if it used an Ice-Type move then he would be good.

You two and him were the only people missing from the roll." Althaia explained. "Well, that's a relief." Rune said. "Indeed. Let's get going to the common room then." She said, leading the couple to the common rooms as Rune extinguished the lights.
