If I had to go with my favorite toothpaste, it used to be Colgate, until I found a better one called Crest! It's as shiny as when Rarity get's her hooves shined!

Sort of... I contacted them to stop but they still endorse me so, the answer is yes! Colgate still endorses me after I chose Crest over Colgate. Hoped this help! 

When and why did the fans decide to name you Colgate instead of Minuette?

 

I know it's partly because of your mane, but why else?

 

Well if you remember all the way back in time at Nightmare Night where Luna first came down from the shadows, I was dressed as a dentist! At that moment the fans thought to name me after something teeth related, and somehow they thought of Colgate. I'm now known as Colgate from so on but I still will remember my name... Minuette. I hope this answered your question!

Well you can always try and use Colgate, and Crest. There is some flavors for them that are not minty.
