Kings&Hooves14 616 January 23, 2014 Share January 23, 2014 I fell in love with this shipping pretty much immediately after seeing Rainbow Falls--I like it much better than the Fluttershy/Big Mac pairing. I like the idea of Discord and Fluttershy being together, but, you have to admit, it's kind of creepy...I mean, Discord is over a thousand years old, and Flutters is what, nineteen? Twenty? That's weirder than Edward and Bella (did I just mention the Twilight series on an MLP forum? I'm so, so sorry...it won't happen again. ). The Brony Code: Humans are a lie, there are only ponies. Galen 1,354 January 23, 2014 Share January 23, 2014 (edited) One thing I like about the MLP fandom is that it's not nearly as crazy about shipping as the Avatar fandom. They're the main reason I lost interest in Korra and I still blame them for the terrifying excuse for a romance sub-plot between Mako and every other girl in the show. I'm perfectly happy with no shipping in this series especially when it's not even the main focus. I didn't get any FlutterBulk vibes from this ep, and I'm glad that I didn't. Made me think 'maybe he has a crush on her and actual butterflies make him nervous as a result.'
