Where are all the Tekken bronies?

So for the past few days I was wondering if I could find any brony Tekken players, or just bronies in the fighting game community in general.
I don't even think I've met a brony online and it bugs me a little bit.(Actually, quite a lot.) Seeing how this forum is the most pleasant place on the internet, I hope to find someone who wants to have idle conversation about fighting games.
Please tell me I'm not alone.

@@SpitfiretheScrub,

I don't think you'll find many fighting game fans here unless you count Super Smash Bros; that's pretty much the only fighting game that gets any love around here.

Now, I like most fighting games and play a lot of them (some more casually than others) but Tekken is that one fighting game series I could never really get into, not even a little bit (oh, and Virtual Fighter). I do sometimes watch some Tekken in tournament streams, though.

I was a general fan of tekken back in my ps2 days.

Back then, tekken was the only one I played because it felt more like the best fighting game with controls that fit very well.

Now, I don't play fighting games, but I do try to play it eventually when I get the time.

I play Tekken rarely. Back during the PS1 era, Tekken 2 was my favorite game to play. I then tried Tekken 5 years later, and now I own Tekken Tag Tournament 2. It's my favorite Tekken so far.

My favorite character from the series is definitely hands down Yoshimitsu. The dude has always been awesome to me. He uses a sword, looks cool, and his movesets kick butt. I really need to get back into TTT 2 again. It was super fun. :(

Ahh, Yoshimitsu. I always thought it was cool that he's a part of Tekken and Soul Calibur (I'm more a fan of him in Soul Calibur, though).

Anyways, on the topic of favorite Tekken characters, mine was King. I can't remember the last time I played Tekken but I remember using the wrestler in the jaguar mask a lot . Tekken has some weird characters: Boxing Kangaroos and bears whatnot. If I played the game now, the one character I'd like to try is Alisa; I love androids.

Ahhhhh, Tekken is by far my favorite fighting game due to how technical it is and just how much you can do in it compared to most other games. Honestly, if (when) Tekken 7 comes out, that alone will be enough to convince me to get a PS4. I've always been a fan, tho sadly didn't get much of a chance to play some the earlier games. Tekken's even part of the reason I got fascinated with martial arts. It's really such a shame that it's one of the least recognized fighting games out there compared to Soul Calibur, SSB and Street Fighter.

I like Tekken, I mean it wouldn't be my first choice when it comes to fighting games but I can't denny that it's online community might be the best one. I'm still struggling with TTT2, but the damn thing is way too much fun for my own sake.

Oh you guys have no idea how happy I am to see people who even remember this game. I guess a freakin' fighting panda/bear sticks with you. My only problem is the XBOX. Maybe this is the reason why I didn't find anyone since everyone plays on the PS so I'm bound to miss out on the communtity stuff.

I used to play Tekken, but personally, it's one of my least favorite fighting games. It requires wayyy too much memorization for me, and the juggles are fucking retarded. That said, I fucking loved Panda. I wrecked shit with him. (Against friends anyway. When I played online, I won only about 10% of the time, being perfected almost every round.)

^ Agreed. The learning curve for actually mastering a character is what makes it worthwhile imo. I found with other games like Soul Calibur that it's really easy to pick up another character. All it takes is a little adjustment to the movements and timing an attack. Tekken is far more technical and that's what I like about it so much.

Jin Kazama 4 life!

Jin has to be one of the most fun characters to use. I thought he was one of the more thechnical ones. But he is really fun to use and still a little bit easy. Still not a beginner friendly fella.

Yeah, Jin is pretty slow but he has some of the most powerful hits. I've been wanting to master a secondary character as well, and I was doing pretty well with Lee Chaolan altho his juggles are even harder by comparison. I've half a mind to master Kazuya as well. But that being said, I wonder if there's anyone who's mastered Mokujin :o

Really? I found a quite a few brony players online in TTT2, I even joined their clan. Although I hardly play now, I mainly play with Marshall Law and Paul.

The costume creation is hilarious. I've made a rainbow dash cutie mark to decal onto my costumes and changed all the tracks as well. It's pretty hilarious.

I don't like Tekken compared to other fighters due to how simple it is, professional tournaments only consist of 2 combo wins. Although at least you don't need to buy another stick to play it, I'd love to play any of you. My PSN's Fubzinator. Just tell me you're up for Tekken

Aw man I love Tekken even though I've only played 2, 3, and tag tournament one and two. Bob is probably my favorite character.

As far as other fighting games go, I love 'em to death. Some of my favorite memories as a kid were going to a local arcade and playing all of the crazy fighting games that none of the other kids knew how to play. When I was in third grade I was able to plow through arcade mode of the dreamcast version of Capcom VS SNK 2 on level 99 difficulty with all perfects including the OP as hell boss at the end.

I dunno I've also been currently working hard on an indie fighting game that I'm hoping will be on kickstarter later this month but considering how things are right now euuughhhhh.

Just editing my signature to say that my behavior on here was cringe. I don't regret the friends i made but man i was cringe here

I've played a bit of Tekken but I never got into it that much. Mortal Kombat on the other hand... Man, I just love Mortal Kombat, the characters are awesome, and the insane violence makes it that much more hilarious and terrifying.

I never get to play TTT2  :(

But Tekken 6 is awesome. I used to main Law, Leo, Bob and Steve.

One time, I was practicing with King, trying to get the longest chain throw combo. I did it and I was proud.  B)

My friend once used Lee and defeat me with only one move, a two kick that kick you to the air. Repeat until die. I hate that move
