Bad enough that the grains themselves look like rat doodies, but add to that the distinct taste of Raid, and you'll know perfectly why I dumped the whole thing after only a couple of bites. But for breakfast I had my usual 20ounce bottle of water and a protien vinally powder malt since im on a diet.
